We are prepared to relocate the Ministry of Culture to Gyumri.
Minister of Culture Armen Amiryan, who is on the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) proportional representation list for the forthcoming parliamentary election in the country, on Sunday noted the above-said at the RPA election campaign assembly with voters in Gyumri, the second largest city of Armenia.
In the minister’s words, once the North-South Highway is built, it will be possible to arrive in Gyumri from capital city Yerevan in just 45 minutes, which will enable to visit the theaters and museums in Gyumri and return to Yerevan in the evening.
Also, Armen Amiryan assured that many cultural programs will be implemented in Gyumri.
The RPA on Sunday is campaigning in Shirak Province, ahead of the National Assembly election.
The parliamentary election in Armenia will be conducted on April 2.
